There are two holidays I hate, New Years Eve and July 4th. I know what you're thinking, those are the best holidays how could I hate them? Easy, being the ordinary boring person that I am, I never have anything to do.
Don't worry I am not some weird cat lady (although at the rate I am going at...), I was invited to a New Years Eve party up in Mass but that is just too far away. So here I am, the Eve of New Years Eve and I am dreading the next day because I know I will stay home, watch movies and play Wii. But then again it could be worse right...
Embrace your inner ordinary!

Let me introduce myself...
I have been wanting to create an unspecific blog about myself and things that intrigue me (and hopefully you the reader too). However, I have been a little nervous to start, mostly because I had nothing to write about. Which has made me realize that my life is ordinarily boring.
So why not work off that. Yes I am boring but in some weird twisted way I think that makes me different. You're right the blog is titled Famously Ordinary so if I am different then technically I am not ordinary right??? WRONG. I am different because I am ordinary. Ordinary is the new different haven't you heard. Now a days famous people try and make themselves so different and so uncool that they have actually created the new cool and therefore the new ordinary, everyone wants to be cool right?
Take for example, La Roux a popular British pop star who is completely bizarre and at the very same time the epitome of cool. Just look at what she wears, sequin blazers mixed with floral and bright leggings, very strange but I so want to be like her. I love her sense of style and all of those things she is wearing, well, they are what's hot right now. Ergo, La Roux is ordinary and well for people like me who want to wear that but just can't seem to muster up enough guts I am the different one. All of a sudden wearing just jeans and a t-shirt are plain ordinary and very different.
So embrace your inner ordinary...but don't be afraid to take a walk on the wild side these days it really pays off (no pun intended).
