The Worst Commercials of 2011

Since I am unemployed I do a lot of three things: 1. watch TV 2. read books 3. surf the internet (not necessarily in that order, because let's be real I can't rank the three things I love, that would be like ranking children). Plus my love for each fluctuates on a day to day basis, I mean sometimes your first born let's call her TV is your favorite until she acts up, like not having anything worthy of my attention. Good thing I'm not planning on having children anytime soon...

Sorry for the tangent, I tend to do that a lot don't I? So back to the three things I love, TV can be great when there is something good on. But even when TV is great, there are always those pesky commercials, and when they are bad they are TERRIBLE! So here are my three top least favorite commercials...like whomever created them...just you wait and see.

Dr. Pepper 10 Commercial: Setting feminism back by 10 years. Not only is this commercials insulting but it's just plain stupid. I mean really? Why wouldn't a woman like to drink Dr. Pepper 10, what makes it so manly. Each time I watch it I get mad and at the same time walk away confused. But what I am most curious about is what the sales are like for this Dr. Pepper 10 drink? I'm hoping bad.

Worst commercial number 2...the Toyota People Person commercial. This was my number one until I saw the Dr. Pepper ad. This commercial is just plain weird, and a little creepy, like every time I see it I get nightmares and imagine those little people people attacking me. Why would I want to drive a car that might have little people hidden in it? I haven't seen this ad in a while, so I am hoping Toyota was able to realize the ad was just plain bad.

Last but not least, the Pudding Face ad. Another weird, kind of twisted ad. Don't advertisers realize we do not want to be scared?! Especially by something we would eat, food should not be scary. That's all I am saying.

And there you have it, my least favorite ads on TV. What are your leas favorite ads from this year?
